All episodes survive of the Edgar Bergen version. This is not a surprise since it was produced on film. I love film. It's so........much better than video-tape.

Here's the episodes the UCLA Film and Television Archive has of the Johnny Carson version:
1958-07-31
1958-08-07
1958-10-01
unidentified issue
1961-12-26
1962-04-02
1962-09-14

The Paley Center for Media has the following episodes of the Johnny Carson version:
December 26, 1961
April 02, 1962
September 14, 1962
September 14, 1962
possibly also the Last episode?

I hope this makes you feel better.

Here's what we have on the Internet Archive:

If memory serves this old gray head, after Johnny had left to do a somewhat popular show(heh heh) a comic name Woody Woodbury took over until the show's demise.

Who knows. I might be able to get two more of the Edgar Bergman episodes in a few months...as for Johnny, well, maybe someone is able to get some of them, but I certainly don't have 'em.
